  • This traditional one-day meeting highlights research conducted by young physiologists, with the awarding of six Young Investigator Awards to PhD students and junior Postdocs, kindly sponsored by the Stiftung für Physiology (former Oetliker Foundation).

o    The best talk: 1000 CHF

o    The 2nd best talk: 500 CHF

o    The best poster with flash presentation: 500 CHF

  • The deadline for abstract submission for YIA competition is July 18, 2021.
  • Abstracts for posters, not eligible for YIA, can still be submitted until August 8, 2021.
  • Registration without abstracts is possible until August 15, 2021.

The meeting is an annual event gathering around 80 physiology/life science researchers from Switzerland and neighboring countries. See our past events 2019 and 2020 (online). The focus of this meeting is to create a familiar and friendly frame where new developments in the field will be disseminated, providing ample opportunity for scientific exchange and experiencing new techniques.

Further information and program can be found on the meeting website here.

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at the meeting!

Sincerely,

The organizing team of LS2 Section Physiology
