11 Legal Representation
The President and the President-Elect are the legal representatives of FEPS, independent from each other. Internally it is determined that the President-Elect is authorized to represent FEPS only when the President is impeded. The President or, if she/he is not available, the President-Elect may authorize the Secretary General or Treasurer to represent the President in dealings of FEPS with other organizations.
