Personal data, including uploaded curriculum vitae (CV) documents, are processed solely for the purpose of evaluating, managing, and maintaining physiologist accreditation applications within FEPS.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the explicit consent of the data subject, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The person submitting the CV confirms that they are authorized to upload the document and declares that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Personal data may be accessed only by authorized FEPS reviewers and designated representatives of national physiological societies, strictly for accreditation purposes.
Personal data will be stored only for the duration necessary to complete the accreditation process and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request the erasure of their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw their consent at any time, in accordance with the GDPR.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
