Deadline for Abstract submission: April 15th, 2025
Dealine for Early Registration: May 15th, 2025

FEPS Travel Awards for early career physiologists

FEPS will provide 10 travel grants (€ 300.- each) for early career physiologists to support their active participation in the IUPS 2025 meeting in Frankfurt, Germany.

Preference will be given to master and PhD students and those in their first postdoctoral position (less than 10 years after graduation).

 Applications should be submitted until May 15th, 2025, by email to the Secretary General of FEPS, Margarethe Geiger, (info@feps.org). Applicants will receive confirmation that their application has been received within one week. Please note abstract submission currently closes on April 15th

 Required documents include:

  •          CV
  •          Proof of abstract(s) submission
  •          Proof of Registration
  •          Support letter from the supervisor or department head indicating the need for travel support

 Allocation of the awards and notification of the winners will be made after the completion of abstract grading by the members of the scientific program committee.

In addition, IUPS sponsors travel awards for early-career investigators (graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty/researchers) and those from countries with low or middle income (as listed by the World Bank). More information on IUPS 2025.
